Formlabs offers several types of service and warranty options.
- Pro Service Plan provides premier support tailored for professionals, with rapid response times, customized training, and hardware hot swap to keep your business moving. The Pro Service Plan contract is separate from the warranty, and both options include extended options. Read the NA Terms of Service or EU Terms of Service for more details.
- For users interested in one-on-one training, we also offer Live Online Training sessions. In each session, a member of our expert team will teach you everything you need to know about your chosen topic and, of course, answer any questions on the subject you may have.
- The Form 2 includes a one-year limited warranty. Formlabs also offers an Extended Warranty, a one-year extension for the Form 2’s included one-year warranty that can be purchased within 30 days of printer purchase.

How do I purchase additional services?
To purchase additional services from Formlabs, place an order on Formlabs.com, or contact our Sales team.
How do I register for the Pro Service Plan?
After purchasing the Pro Service Plan through the Formlabs store, you'll receive a booklet in the mail that contains your unique registration code and a link to the registration page.
Input your registration code and email address online, then register the serial name of your printer.
After registering, check your inbox for a confirmation email from our Pro Service Plan team. The confirmation email includes information about using your service plan.
